FALKO chose to sponsor this event because we have significant and long-standing investment in Ireland as an aircraft leasing company. It dates back to the early '90s and we have some very significant customers. Getting the opportunity to meet up with our close friends and colleagues is invaluable.

Fantastic, they were so excited and aware that they are part of this award. The calibre is extremely high, and it's reflected by the fact that we have over 50 companies in the aviation industry in Ireland. I think that's an indicator that the calibre and the standards are getting higher and higher.

We were just thrilled. We couldn't believe it so absolutely delighted. The calibre was amazing. I mean, just incredible as an Irish person who doesn't want to leave Ireland and who loves Aviation, it's amazing to see how much opportunity there is here.

Well, it was fantastic because we were not expecting it. We are a very new company, only four years now, and we are delighted and excited to win this award tonight. It's a testament of what we can do. There is a lot of potential in the Irish industry for aviation.

It’s an amazing night to be able to meet everybody in the business and for recognition of everybody’s contribution to the industry all across the various aspects of it. I think the future is bright for the aviation sector, especially in Ireland, as we are a great leader. We have great people in it and people who are passionate about it. Without strong leaders, we don’t have direction, and it’s important to have a good direction and to know where you are going and how to get there.

I think for the team, it’s just been a huge recognition of everything that everybody has done for the entire company. It has been super to see. Just in terms of getting the recognition alone is great, but it’s great to be part of the industry.

It is a huge award. I think the calibre was extremely high, and we are delighted to be nominated in one of the most hotly contested awards. It’s been very good for us; good for the company, and it gives us a great lift.

Recognises the hard work. Everybody in the industry works hard, day in and day out, and so to be able to actually acknowledge what people are doing is great. It’s great for companies that are trying to bring in good talent. It shows off their capabilities and it’s a great night.

The Aviation Company of the Year was an absolute shock. It actually is wider than us. It promotes aviation as the root of everybody in this room. They all need pilots. They start with the flying clubs around the country, so we're the nest that produces the sector that keeps everybody alive.

Absolutely delighted. It's great recognition for the team and all the work they put in for this award. Delighted for them. The benefit reinforces the effort and energy that goes into this type of work and the culture in the business. The award is a recognition of everything happening in the sector and the creation and development of the sector.
