Adam Bouchard Joins Judging Panel for Aviation Industry Awards 2025

The Aviation Industry Awards 2025 proudly welcomes Adam Bouchard, Vice President of Operations at Nashville International Airport, to this year’s distinguished judging panel.

With extensive leadership experience across major U.S. airports and global aviation organisations, Adam brings a wealth of expertise in operational excellence, customer experience, and safety innovation.

Before joining Nashville International Airport while serving over 25 million passengers annually, he held senior roles at Tampa International Airport and American Airlines, leading strategic initiatives that enhanced efficiency and passenger satisfaction.

A Certified Member of the American Association of Airport Executives and a Fellow of the Royal Aeronautical Society, Adam also facilitates national roundtables on airport operations and safety.

Beyond the industry, he contributes to the development of future aviation leaders as an adjunct professor at Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University and through lectures at Dublin City University and Cranfield University.

Since 2014, the Aviation Industry Awards have set the benchmark for excellence in Ireland’s aviation sector, inspiring teams and individuals to innovate, lead, and continuously raise the bar.

Building on this legacy, the 2025 Awards Gala will take place on Friday, 28 November, at the Crowne Plaza Hotel, Santry, where it will bring together Ireland’s aviation community for an evening celebrating leadership, innovation, and excellence.

Adam will lend his operational expertise and international perspective to evaluating this year’s entries, offering invaluable insight into what defines excellence in aviation today.

Categories for the 2025 awards include Aviation Company of the Year, Outstanding Contribution to the Aviation Industry, Innovation in Safety and Risk Management Award, Aviation Leasing Achievement Award, Aviation CSR Achievement Award, and Aviation Rising Star Award, recognising the individuals and organisations driving progress across Ireland’s aviation sector.
